Delete your
CouKey account.
Use this page to request deletion of a CouKey customer or partner account, or to ask CouKey to delete specific account data without closing the account.
Verification first
CouKey may ask for confirmation before deleting data so another person cannot remove your account without permission.
Deletion window
Most account data is processed for deletion within 30 days after identity and account ownership are confirmed.
How to request deletion
Open the deletion request form above and enter the account email, customer or partner account type, and the store name or public code when the request relates to a partner store.
Partial data deletion
You can request deletion of specific data without closing the account. Choose specific data in the form and describe exactly what should be removed.
Data that may be deleted
CouKey may delete or anonymise account profile data, app account identifiers, store membership data, support request details, and app activity linked to the account where deletion is legally and technically possible.
Data that may be retained
CouKey may retain records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, audit logs, or completed business transactions. Retained records are kept only for the required period and are restricted from normal app use where possible.
What happens after deletion
After deletion is completed, you may lose access to the CouKey app, partner dashboard, stores, staff permissions, stamp cards, coupons, and related support workflows.
